Update payment methods

Add or replace the card used for subscription payments.

Use this page when you need to change the card attached to your subscription.

How it works

  1. Open the billing page.
  2. In the Payment section, select the action to manage payment methods.
  3. You are redirected to Stripe to update the card.
  4. Return to WonderMoney after saving the change.

Before you start

  • Make sure the card can be used for online payments.
  • If your trial has ended, update the payment method as soon as possible to restore full access.
  • If a payment failed, you will receive a dunning sequence of emails with recovery steps. Updating the payment method here restores access faster.
  • If the redirect fails, try again from the billing page.

If you do not see saved methods

WonderMoney shows payment methods only when Stripe returns them for the subscription. If nothing appears, add a new method in Stripe.
