Use the mobile app with your server

The WonderMoney app works with any WonderMoney server, not only wonder.money.

Connect the app

1. Open the app and go to the sign-in screen.
2. Tap Use a different server.
3. Enter your API address, the API_URL from your .env, for example api.money.example.com.
4. Tap Connect, then sign in with your account on that server.

The app checks the address before saving it. If the server can't be reached, isn't a WonderMoney server or needs a newer version of the app, the app tells you and keeps the previous server.

Requirements

• The phone must be able to reach the API. In practice that means HTTPS on a public hostname; see HTTPS and domains.
• Features your server hasn't configured, such as receipt scanning or market data, are hidden in the app too.

Go back to wonder.money

On the sign-in screen, tap Use the default server.
